RAMP offers personalized 1:1 mentoring, connecting mentees with experienced leaders within our organization for learning and growth opportunities. Through mentoring, you'll expand your professional network, gain valuable insights, and develop essential skills.
Mentorship is a deliberate process, tailored to individual needs, and driven by active engagement. Utilizing Chronus software's MatchIQ® technology, participants are matched with mentors who align with their specific development objectives, enhancing the effectiveness of the mentoring experience. With step-by-step guidance provided by the software, participants can stay engaged and productive, ensuring the achievement of their personal development goals. Applications for our first Cohort are due by Friday, April 12th!
